| Standard pole tents are made to order from a variety of sizes, 20 X 20 to 100 X 400, and colors. Our Vinyl is a specially designed material for Tents. It is an excellent barrier against water and cannot absorb contaminates such as Oil, Grease, and Gasoline. It has a great resistance to tearing and ripping. Our Vinyl has a high resistance to the abuses of weather; ice and snow will not adhere to it. Extra mildew resistance is added to the vinyl to fight mildew. Our Vinyl is very strong. Its weave is made of Industrial Polyester filaments that are pretreated for minimum Ultra-violet degradation, which is damage that can be caused by the sun. Our thread is Polyester and will not rot or come apart like some cotton threads used by other companies. We use Polypropylene Webbing. This webbing is not affected by the sun and weather like nylon and cotton webbing. The grommets we use are made of brass and are rolled rim spur type. They assure maximum strength and resistance to pulling out. Our rope and lace line are polypropylene. Tie down rope is one half inch. It is strong rope that is also used in industrial marine areas.
